Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or any related course

With at least 1 year experience in purchasing or relevant role (Fresh graduates may also apply)

• Update internal databases with order details
• Knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier management
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Detail-oriented can work with minimal supervision
• Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
• Research potential vendors.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
• Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, organized, and to confirm or change orders.
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may assigned to the employee
