Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• With at least 2-3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement
• With leadership experience is an advantage
• Amenable to work onsite in Hermosa, Bataan
• Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Purchasing Group, ensuring efficient procurement operations and team performance
• Negotiate contracts and purchase orders to secure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery terms
• Manage supplier relationships, ensuring timely delivery, issue resolution, and long-term partnerships
• Analyze purchasing data and prepare reports to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify purchasing needs and source suitable suppliers
• Utilize ERP systems and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and inventory management
• Apply strong negotiation, communication, and supply chain knowledge to drive cost savings and operational efficiency
