Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and accredit suppliers based on company requirements, quality standards, pricing, and delivery capabilities
• Process purchase requests and prepare purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with concerned departments to ensure timely replenishment of stocks and materials
• Track and follow up purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, commissaries, stores, and other departments regarding procurement requirements
• Verify purchased items against specifications, quantity, and quality requirements
• Maintain and update supplier databases, accreditation records, quotations, and procurement documents
• Assist in evaluating supplier performance and recommend improvements or alternative sourcing options
• Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and purchasing records for management review
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ethical purchasing standards
• Perform other purchasing and procurement-related duties as assigned by Management

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or related functions
• Experience in retail, food manufacturing, commissary, or FMCG industry is an advantage
• Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds and internship experience in procurement may also apply
