QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge in construction materials, specifications, and supplier networks
• At least 3 - 5 years of experience in General Construction
• Understanding of contract terms, negotiation strategies, and cost control principles
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Communication and coordination skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source and procure constructions materials (e.g., cement, steel, aggregates, finishing materials), tools, and equipment.
• Identify, evaluate, and accredit reliable suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with the company procedures
• Conduct price comparisons, cost analysis, and negotiation to achieve best value.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely supply of materialsto project sites
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Production, and Logistic teams for material requirements and inventory levels
• Ensure procured items meet projects specifications and quality standards
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation for audit and compliance
• Handle supplier performance evaluation and resolve delivery or quality issues
• Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and availability of construction materials
