• Inventory monitoring - Daily inventory checks, flag SKUs below safety level, generate restock requests
• Restock execution - Submit restock forms, send POs to suppliers, obtain confirmation
• Order tracking - Track production / shipping progress for all open orders
• Warehouse coordination - Confirm arrivals, verify quantity & quality, handle receiving discrepancies
• Exception handling -Handle delays, quality issues, quantity discrepancies; escalate when needed
• Data updates and analizing - Update tracking sheet, weekly reports, reconciliation data
