Job Description
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management,
- With at least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or canvassing in Hotel Industry setting.
- Process Purchase Orders (PO) and track deliveries to ensure items arrive on time and meet quality specifications
- With strong negotiation and communication skills (English and Tagalog).
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedule to optimize company budget and cash flow.
- With attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and vendor performance.
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate with concern department to prevent shortages or overstocking
