Procurement/Purchasing assistant will support the procurement team by updating documentation for all procurement related activities - sourcing to contracting, supplier registration and onboarding, vendor payment processing. The Procurement Assistant will help in reinforcing compliance to AZPNB's Procurement standard and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Supplier registration and vendor database maintenance
• Vendor payment processing and documentation
• Contract repository maintenance
• Assist procurement head in GHG emissions tracking for Sustainability reporting
• Assist procurement head in updating the Outsourcing register and relevant supporting documents

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business or management course
• SAP experience is an advantange
• Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.
• Open to a HYBRID setup
