Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily purchasing activities of the company.
• Supervise purchasing staffs.
• Able to communicate with local and offshore supplier, review and negotiate contracts / prices, monitor delivery timelines.
• Proactively seek out potential suppliers to broaden our vendor master list.
• Able to collaborate with internal customer for sound purchasing decision, assess risk or communicate issues or delays that will affect our overall business performance.
• Ensure proper maintenance of purchase records and related purchasing documentation.
• Ensure that all procured goods and services meet the required quality standards of the company.
• Partners with QA Department to ensure suppliers submits audit related documents and certification.
• Prepare cost estimates and conduct supplier cost comparison and analysis
• Prepare and submit correct and complete import documents to release goods in a timely manner.
• Work to improve purchasing systems and processes .
• Performs task assigned from time to time.
