Coordinates the procurement of construction materials, monitors Material

Request Orders (MRO), and ensures materials are delivered to project sites on

time.

Key Responsibilities:

• MRO Coordination: Collect site requests, verify stock with the warehouse and update the Google Sheets tracker daily.
• Purchasing & Quotes: Source supplier quotes,
• create Purchase Orders, delivery or pick-up arrangements and process payment requests.
• ERP Data Entry: Encode all Purchase Orders (PO) and Material Request updates directly into the ERP system.
• Logistics: Follow up on deliveries and ensure all signed Delivery Orders (DO) are scanned and uploaded to Google Drive.
• Accounting Support: Organize and submit all digital and physical documentation for payment processing.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school graduate or college-level; a degree
• is a plus but not required. Technical Skills: Must be proficient in Google
• Sheets (data entry, updating statuses) and Google Drive (organizing folders and
• uploading files).
• Attributes: Highly organized with a strong focus on meeting
• project deadlines.
