We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant with at least 2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in cafe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and coordinate with suppliers for cafe and kitchen requirements
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor deliveries
• Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate pricing when needed
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment
• Ensure timely procurement of ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies
• Compare supplier quotations and maintain updated supplier records
• Coordinate with operations team regarding daily purchasing needs
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness of delivered items
• May occasionally be required to visit suppliers or purchase supplies outside the office/store when necessary

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years purchasing experience in a cafe or F&B business
• Strong knowledge of cafe supplies, ingredients, and vendor coordination
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Proficient in MS Excel or inventory/purchasing systems
• Can work in a fast-paced environment
• Can drive either 2 or 4 wheeled vehicles and with valid driver's license is a plus
• Can start ASAP
