• Outsourcing new supplier and rates needed
• Conducting Research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors
• Sourcing goods and services and negotiating the best and most cost-effective contract and deals
• Performing and assessing legitimacy and capability of the prospective suppliers as necessary.
• Checking of cost details provided by biller in making GP as requested by Sales/Ops\
• Negotiating rates to supplier
• Printing and checking 2Go Express billing received tru email
• Checking of billing/SOA received from Supplier and verify charges applied
• Encoding/creating Purchase Order
• Posting budget in Landed Cost file
• Posting budget per job card
• Posting Actual charges of supplier to Landed Cost file
• Posting and updating new rates/negotiated rates to Google Drive
• Assist in monthly closing of Job cards
• Assist in checking monthly Actual in Landed Cost
• Create monthly summary of MNΗΡΙ
• Create monthly summary of Other Purchases
• Process accreditation and Hauling agreement of New Supplier
• Encoding Fixed asset from acquisition if needed
• Send proof of payment to trucker such as deposit slip and 2307

Job Qualifications:

• Must have at least six (6) months or one (1) year work experiences
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
