QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 2 years in college
• Fresh grads are encouraged to apply
• Must have driver's license (non-pro or pro)
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
• Preferably residing in Paco, Manila or nearby areas
Responsibilities
- Perform admin tasks using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Maintain and update basic reports, inventory logs and purchase records
- Handle on the spot purchasing of urgent kitchen items (not form suppliers but nearby stores/markets)
- Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding shortages and needed items
- Assist in other office related duties as needed
