About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Procurement Associate. In this role, you will support the sourcing and purchasing of materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for required materials and services
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with vendors to ensure on-time arrivals
• Maintain organized records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding procurement needs

• Compare prices and evaluate supplier performance for cost-effective decisions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any course (Business-related is an advantage)
• Open to fresh graduates
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and negotiation abilities
• Willing to work on-site in Caloocan City
• Can start as soon as possible
