Description

Identify purchasing needs
Research potential vendors
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Update internal databases with order details
Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders

Requirement

Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
Experience Level: Entry-level position, requiring less than 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing or project coordination.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in project coordination, purchasing, and business operations; strong time management and problem-solving skills; excellent communication abilities; and marketing research proficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties: Assist with purchasing processes, coordinate project timelines, support business operations, and conduct market research.
