• Prepare and process handling request orders in auto count system inclusion of the creation of purchase order (encodes, sends, records, and compile the consignment request)
• Follow up the production for those inquires with a supplier for the possible availability of the product and possible delivery
• Do folllow ups for supplier's aknowledgemenr receipt order
• Corresponds with daily emails and chat conversations (skype, we chat, whatsapp) in order to cultivate supplier customer relationships while demonstrating current issues
• Interact with the suppliers
• Effectively communicates with immediate head to answer inquiries
• Ensure PO monitoring is all date with accurate shipment information entry
• Monitored check preparation for import purchase
• Weekly sending PO monitoring reports

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
