Job Title: Pump Attendant

• Dispense fuel to vehicles based on customer instructions.
• Handle payments (cash, card, etc.) and provide receipts.
• Assist customers with basic vehicle checks (oil levels, tire pressure, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pump area.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent fuel spills or accidents.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
• Inform customers about promotions or loyalty programs.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.

• No formal education required, but basic literacy and numeracy are preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash
