The role involves executing PR campaigns, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with media and influencers. You will support KOL and media management, editorial coordination, campaign reporting, and vendor management.

  • Responsible for promoting, managing and maintaining the public's view of the person, organization of the client you represent 
  • Collaborates with the team in the planning, implementation and management of PR campaigns 
  • Strong support in overall account management and day-to-day organization of various PR activities 
  • DPR Planning and Deployment Plan based on our FUSE standard process 
  • Helps in infusing newness and creativity into the PR plans and executions 
  • In charge of the day-to-day client updates (PSRs, drumbeat, daily updates on messaging apps, contact reports) 
  • Primary point of contact for assigned accounts along with PR Manager 
  • Strong collaboration with internal Client Servicing Team and Shared Services Teams 
  • Knowledgeable and responsible when it comes to internal and external processes (from briefing up to billing) 
  • Support in the creation of correct CEs (net rates, WHT)
  • Support in accreditation of all vendors
  •  Timely processing and monitoring of vendor payments
  •  Shows strong capability on KOL sourcing, recommendation, negotiation coordination, and overall management
  • Editorial and Press Management (from outline creation to seeding to relevant titles) 
  • Seeding and monitoring of PR articles to target media publications 
  • Arrange and coordinate media/KOL interviews as needed 
  • Partnership management which includes research and gathering of opportunities for brand sponsorships/partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, journalists, influencers, brand ambassadors, and other third-party partners. 
  • Allows coaching and mentorship by the direct manager or team lead 
  • Helps in campaign monitoring and reporting 
  • Determine KPIs and optimize each campaign’s reach and success 
  • Timely measurement of performance for each activity or event based on KPIs and recommendation based on results 
  • Monitors, prepares, analyzes PR campaign reports and ensures campaign metrics are delivered 
  • Strong support in acquiring new and retaining existing businesses 
  • Collaborate with Client Servicing Team and Shared Services Teams during pitches and campaigns for new business prospects 
  • Supports exploratory meetings with clients for new requirements and projects      
  • Maintain excellent client servicing level for existing accounts

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in public relations or a similar role.
  • Expertise in managing effective PR campaigns through various channels.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative mindset paired with practical problem-solving skills.
