- Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties
- Manage rental agreements and ensure compliance with local laws

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of property management experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in property management software
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle financial reporting and budgeting
- Working Conditions: May require availability for on-call emergencies
