- Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties.
- Manage tenant relations and address issues promptly.
- Ensure maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently.
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and lease agreements.
- Conduct regular property inspections and enforce regulations.
- Coordinate vendor services and manage contracts.
- Market vacancies and conduct tenant screenings.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in property management or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in property management software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with on-site visits; may require evening or weekend hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
