- Ensure tenant satisfaction through effective communication.
- Manage lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.

- Prepare financial reports and manage budgets.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Resolve tenant issues and disputes promptly.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in property management or real estate.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in property management software.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with site visits; may require on-call availability.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused individual.
