The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management and operation of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. This role ensures that properties are well-maintained, financially profitable, and compliant with applicable laws while delivering excellent service to tenants, owners, and stakeholder.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned properties.
• Manage tenant relations, including inquiries, complaints, and lease administration.
• Coordinate property inspections and ensure properties are maintained in excellent condition.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including sourcing, negotiations, and performance monitoring.
• Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and monitor property expenses.
• Collect rent and ensure timely processing of tenant payments.
• Monitor lease renewals, vacancies, and occupancy rates.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and landlord-tenant laws.
• Prepare regular operational and financial reports for property owners or senior management.
• Handle emergency situations and coordinate immediate corrective actions when necessary.
• Implement strategies to improve tenant satisfaction and property value.
• Maintain accurate records of leases, maintenance requests, contracts, inspections, and financial transactions.
