• PMD Monitoring report / Construction Bond Monitoring / ROPA Report.
• Assisting Turnover of Units to the client.
• Provide Eviction Notices to all ROPA units (all Occupied).
• Checking of all units Under ROPA.
• Attend Barangay Hearing (ROPA)
• BIR Compliance / registration of all Subdivision
• Accept and evaluates the application of Construction Bond
• Inspection of all Construction bond Refund / Process the Refund
• Received all buyers letter repair not covered with Construction bond
• HOA Compliance / Updating new set of officers
• Final verification for COA of contractors
• Inspection & Request for payment of Construction Bond Refund 

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration / Real Estate or a related field
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in property management, real estate, or facilities management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage tenant relations and coordinate with the engineers and contractors

Understanding of real estate laws, lease agreements, and property regulations.
