? About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Building Engineer to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems. This role ensures that our facilities remain safe, efficient, and comfortable for all occupants.

? Key Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

Respond promptly to building service requests and emergencies.

Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Supervise and guide maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Train and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and adherence to best practices.

Delegate work orders and monitor performance, maintaining accountability and high-quality standards.

Willing to undergo training as a Pollution Control Officer (PCO) to support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives.

? Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering

Professional license preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building operations or facilities management.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Proven ability to lead and manage maintenance staff effectively.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Commitment to environmental compliance and readiness for PCO training.
