Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing land development
- Site improvement works, including roads, drainage, utilities, and earthworks.
- Ensures that land development projects are executed in accordance with approved plans, technical standards, budgets, timelines, and applicable government regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- With at least 3 years of relevant experience in construction or real estate development
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost management
- Proficient in MS Excel and relevant estimating or QS software
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
