Property Management

Description

  • Oversee the administrative functions in the property management office including, but not limited to, office management, billing and collection, legal compliances, management of tenants' online groups (e.g., Facebook, Viber, community applications), property housekeeping, and other admin roles
  • Process and oversee the application of construction bonds, ensuring proper documentation, compliance with regulations, and timely submission.
  • Comply with all government authority standards for the building. Coordinate lessee/tenant concern and keep contract and annual payment updated.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a similar industry.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with buyers, homeowners, and external parties.
  • Familiarity with construction bonds, occupancy procedures, and seminar coordination.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools such as Viber, email, and phone for customer service.
