We are looking for experienced Tarot readers, Reiki healers, Astrologers, and those with experience in other types of divination. We aim to build long-term partnerships

and provide stable, high-quality, and compassionate guidance to users globally.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver Online readings consultations

You will provide services based on your expertise, including (but not limited to):

• Tarot, Numerology, Astrology/Birth Chart, Reiki/Energy Reading, Intuitive Reading, Mediumship

• Common topics: relationships/reconciliation/marriage, career and financial direction, life choices, and personal growth

2. Complete Orders on time (Real-time / Non real time)

• Fulfill user orders through the platform and deliver within the required timeframe

• Provide structured, easy-to-understand readings to improve user clarity and satisfaction

• Maintain service availability (status/online settings) to reduce missed orders and timeouts

3. Support After-Service Follow-up & User Experience

• Participate in post-service communication when needed (experience follow-ups, necessary clarifications, follow-up suggestions, etc.)

• Work with Customer Support/Advisor Operation Team to handle disputes (misunderstandings, expectation gaps, delivery-structure issues, etc.)

• Maintain appropriate client relationships to support repeat orders and positive word-of- mouth

4. Contribute to Content & Community (Optional / Plus)

• Support platform content initiatives such as guided meditations, themed articles, short-form content, monthly energy themes, etc.
