- Assisting customers with regards to inquiries and recommendations
- Promoting and selling products and participating in ongoing marketing promotions
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stocks
- Conduct price checking and product tagging
- Deliver daily and monthly sales quota
- Handling customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Doing inventory count and stock replenishment
- Ensure products are properly displayed according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of product displays
- Prepare and submit required reports
- Update competitors' movement and activities
