Product Specialist (Promoter)

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth of the client’s products in offline stores
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Promote the brand positively across offline and online platforms
• Submit accurate reports including sales, stocks, competitor activities, and store display reports on time
• Participate in media activities and events organized by management
• Attend trainings required by management
• Maintain proper in-store visibility and merchandising standards
• Represent the brand professionally at all times
• Provide feedback and updates to the immediate supervisor regarding store and market activities

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate
• Experience in retail or sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Energetic, proactive, and sales-driven
• Willing to work in malls or retail stores
• Team player with a positive attitude
