Description
- Ensure proper presentation and organization of products in retail spaces.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize product availability and sales.
- Provide training and support to sales staff regarding product features and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct after-sales support to address customer inquiries and issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Inventory Management, Attention to Detail, After-Sales Management, Sales Training, Sales Management, Customer Management
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
