Responsibilities

• Sales & Promotion: Actively engage with shoppers to demonstrate product features, provide samples, and guide purchase decisions.
• Merchandising: Arrange, restock, and organize shelves to ensure products are highly visible, attractive, and correctly priced.
• Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts, track fast-moving items, and alert management or suppliers to reorder stock.
• Brand Representation: Maintain personal grooming and professional standards to deliver excellent customer service and positive brand perception.
• Reporting: Submit regular sales performance metrics, inventory updates, and customer feedback to management.
