Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Promotion

• Actively promote and demonstrate products to customers.
• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
• Distribute samples and promotional materials when required.

Merchandising

• Ensure proper product display according to company guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of display areas.
• Implement promotional activities, displays, and pricing changes.
• Check product expiration dates (if applicable).

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with store managers and supervisors.
• Report out-of-stock items and damaged goods.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or merchandising is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a friendly personality.
• Basic math and inventory management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

• NBI
• Medical (Basic 5 w/ drug test)
