Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products to customers in-store
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information
• Ensure proper display, arrangement, and replenishment of items
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking when needed
• Set up promotional materials, price tags, and product displays
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
• Track daily sales and prepare basic reports
• Build good relationships with store personnel and customers
• Ensure compliance with company standards and store policies

Requirements / Qualifications

• High school graduate or college level
• Experience in retail, sales, or merchandising is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven and customer-oriented
• Physically fit (may involve standing long hours or lifting items)
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays
• Willing to be assigned to different store locations
