Description

Sales Management 

  • Perform the end to end sales management. 
  • Develop sales strategies, identify sales leads and generate new customer sales.
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) 
  • Introduce the product and services to new customer. Meet the target requirements of client visit per month. 
  • Conduct a strategic and detailed sales presentation. Design and customized sales proposal and quotation according to the customer’s requirements.


Customer Relationship 

  • Create a working relationship with key customer stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels. 
  • Maintain the company's existing relationships with active customers and achieve long-term connections. 
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.


Sales Analysis 

  • Monitor competition, economic indicators and industry trends. Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps. 
  • Validate the quality of the customer lead and pipeline data to improve the overall data quality. 
  • Prepare sales stats report and comply the weekly and monthly sales status report. 

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Experience Level:

  • Entry-level, less than 1 year of experience required, preferably in a sales or customer service role.

Skills and Competencies:Proven negotiation abilities

  • Sales support and training experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and financial performance

Responsibilities and Duties:Manage and grow client accounts

  • Collaborate with sales teams to maximize client potential
  • Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations
  • Train clients on product knowledge and usage
  • Analyze sales data to inform strategy and report to senior management
