Description

  • Coordinate and support sales efforts, facilitating streamlined operations within Humanlink Management and Services, Inc.
  • Manage client accounts, schedules, and correspondences, ensuring top-level service in the Human Resources & Recruitment sector.
  • Create and analyze sales reports, offering insight to drive business growth.
  • Liaise between sales team and clients to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of sales strategies to meet company objectives.

Requirements

  • Job Title: Sales Coordinator
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum High/Senior High School degree required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1-year experience, entry-level position suitable for recent graduates.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and CRM software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate sales team, manage schedules, file important documents, and take charge of administrative duties.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, 40-hour workweek with occasional overtime as needed.
