Position: Store Development & Project Officer (KTV / Entertainment)

Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in project management, entertainment, retail setup, or operations.
• Experience in KTV, entertainment venues, hospitality, or store development is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute projects related to Family KTV store openings, renovations, and upgrades.
• Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and implementation plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and technical teams for room setup (audio, video, lighting, KTV systems).
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing, IT, and Finance for project alignment and execution.
• Oversee installation of KTV systems, sound equipment, screens, and entertainment software.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Handle permits, documentation, and compliance requirements for entertainment operations.
• Ensure proper turnover of completed projects to operations teams.
