Job Summary

The Project-in-Charge (PIC) oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. The PIC leads Site Engineers and General Foremen, manages project schedules, resources, and materials, and ensures efficient project delivery through effective planning, supervision, and coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Prepare and review Bills of Materials (BOM) and project schedules (Gantt charts).
  • Supervise Site Engineers and General Foremen, providing leadership and technical guidance.
  • Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, procurement, and management to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Identify project issues, delays, and risks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Review project progress by comparing target vs. actual accomplishments.
  • Ensure timely completion of punch list items and corrective works.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders.
