Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the construction team, ensuring all project activities are completed with high quality, on schedule, and within budget.
• Implement project plans in accordance with approved contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Manage workforce deployment, including task assignments, supervision, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Handle the preparation of material requisitions, delivery clearances, and equipment pull-out documentation.
• Review, assess, and verify the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) for assigned projects in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Secure required work permits, clearances, and other project-related approvals.
• Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Uphold safety standards and promote a safe working environment at all construction sites.
• Perform additional duties or tasks as may be assigned periodically.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Professional License (Board Passer) is an advantage
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant construction experience
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to coordinate effectively with teams, clients, and subcontractors
• Willing to be assigned to various project locations within or outside Metro Manila
• Must be open to working overtime when required
