Job Description:

1. Lead POS Projects: Plans, coordinates, and oversees end-to-end POS system implementations, including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management.
2. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Acts as the main liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
3. System Deployment & Support: Manages configuration, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of POS systems across multiple locations to ensure functionality and compliance.
4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Maintains documentation, report progress to management, and drive process improvements based on project outcomes and lessons learned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any business-related course
• With relevant experience in project management
• Has worked in a retail industry is preferred but not required
