Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Direct multiple active construction projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring alignment with building codes, quality standards, and budget limits.
• Manpower Management: Monitors manpower deployment in every project site.
• Resource Allocation: Oversee the logistics of labor, materials, and equipment. Coordinate with procurement to maintain inventory and prevent delays.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA regulations and site-specific safety protocols. Conduct routine audits to mitigate operational and legal risks.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, schedule, and evaluate project managers and field superintendents. Facilitate communication between architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Budget & Cost Control: Prepare financial forecasts, manage cost estimates, and track expenses to improve operational profitability.
• Report: Ensure that the reports are accurate.
