PROJECT SUPERVISOR

Core Responsibilities

• Drive complex project timelines from initiation to successful hand-off, ensuring on-time delivery
• Oversee end-to-end installation phases for commercial LED displays, Large Format Displays (LFDs), and interactive systems
• Conduct site inspections, feasibility studies, and technical assessments to support initial business activities
• Act as the primary technical point of contact across internal teams, clients, property partners, and technical suppliers
• Enforce alignment with local structural engineering, electrical compliance, and workplace safety standards
• Proactively identify deployment risks and implement corrective actions on-site
• Generate project progress reports, sign-off metrics, change orders, and maintain technical documentation
• Supervise on-site crew and engineering team performance, and facilitate training and technical development

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in project supervision or digital display deployments, including at least 2 years of direct people management experience
• Direct experience with LED/LFD display hardware infrastructure, video wall systems, and physical mounting installations is a massive advantage
• Highly proficient in technical scheduling, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and operational reporting
• Strong knowledge of digital display hardware, peripheral IT networks, structural mounts, and systems integration
• Experienced in site assessments, reading blueprints, generating technical schematics, and leading multi-party site coordination meetings
