Project Supervisor

*Core Responsibilities*

- *Project Lifecycle Management*: Drive complex project timelines from initiation to successful hand-off, ensuring absolute on-time delivery

- *Deployment & Installation*: Oversee the end-to-end installation phases (pre, during, and post) for commercial LED displays, Large Format Displays (LFDs), and interactive systems

- *Pre-Sales Engineering*: Support initial business activities by conducting comprehensive site inspections, feasibility studies, and robust technical assessments

- *Stakeholder Coordination*: Act as the primary technical point of contact across internal divisions, external clients, property site partners, and technical suppliers

- *Compliance & Safety*: Enforce strict alignment with local structural engineering, electrical compliance, and workplace safety standards

- *Risk Mitigation*: Proactively identify potential deployment risks and implement prompt, effective corrective actions on-site

- *Documentation*: Generate precise project progress reports, sign-off metrics, change orders, and keep a repository of technical documentation

- *Leadership & Growth*: Supervise on-site crew and engineering team performance, facilitating necessary training and technical development

*Qualifications & Experience*

- *Education*: Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical field

- *Proven Track Record*: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in project supervision or digital display deployments, including at least 2 years of direct people management experience

- *Specialized Expertise*: Direct experience with LED/LFD display hardware infrastructure, video wall systems, and physical mounting installations is a massive advantage

- *Project Management Skills*: Highly proficient in technical scheduling, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and analytical operational reporting

- *Technical Breadth*: Strong foundational knowledge of digital display hardware, peripheral IT networks, structural mounts, and systems integration

- *Field Capability*: Well-versed in field site assessments, reading blueprints, generating technical schematics, and leading multi-party site coordination meetings
