Core Focus: End-to-end management of LED walls, Large Format Displays (LFDs), and interactive systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Project Timelines: Develop, execute, and strictly enforce comprehensive timelines for all deployments.
• Oversee Installations: Direct all pre-installation site preparation, actual technical installation, and post-installation support activities.
• Support Pre-Sales: Conduct site oculars, structural feasibility studies, and thorough technical assessments.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between sales teams, operational staff, third-party suppliers, site partners, and clients.
• Enforce Standards: Ensure absolute compliance with specialized technical, safety, and structural requirements for heavy LED setups.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify deployment risks and implement fast, effective corrective actions on-site.
• Team Leadership: Direct, supervise, and mentor Project Engineers and field team members.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or any related technical/engineering degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in technical project supervision or hardware project management.
• Technical Background: Strong, proven background in LED systems, Large Format Displays (LFDs), and interactive digital technologies.
• Preferred Advantage: Hands-on experience with structural engineering installations and complex wall-mounting systems.
• Core Skills: Excellent project planning, stakeholder management, technical reporting, and corporate communication skills.
