Job description

We are looking for a Project Supervisor to oversee and manage the end-to-end construction and fit-out of new store openings, as well as renovation and improvement projects for existing stores. This role will also supervise the Technical Service Department’s repair and maintenance functions, ensuring store facilities and equipment are properly maintained and operational to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage the end-to-end construction process of new store projects from planning, design coordination, permits, fit-out, up to turnover.

2. Oversee renovation, maintenance, and improvement projects of existing stores.

3. Supervise repair and maintenance activities for store facilities, kitchen equipment, air conditioning systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other technical concerns.

4. Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely resolution of technical and facility-related issues.

5. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, service providers, and internal departments regarding project and maintenance requirements.

6. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and proper execution of construction and maintenance work.

7. Review project plans, layouts, technical drawings, and scope of work before implementation.

8. Ensure all construction, repair, and maintenance activities comply with company standards and applicable regulations.

9. Monitor project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure completion within target dates.

10. Identify project risks, issues, and delays and recommend corrective actions.

11. Monitor and evaluate contractor and service provider performance.

12. Prepare project status reports, maintenance updates, and progress reports for management.

13. Handle and supervise the Technical Department’s day-to-day activities.

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

-At least 3–5 years of experience in project supervision, construction, facilities management, or technical operations, preferably in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industry.

-Strong knowledge of construction processes, store fit-outs, renovations, and facilities management.

-Knowledge of repair and maintenance of kitchen equipment, air conditioning systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other store facilities.

-Experience in handling multiple projects and maintenance activities simultaneously.

-Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is an advantage.

-Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

-Willing to travel and conduct regular site visits.
