Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with specifications.
  • Prepare and review project plans, schedules, reports, and documentation.
  • Perform quantity surveying, material take-offs, cost estimation, and budget monitoring.
  • Evaluate project costs and recommend cost-effective construction solutions.
  • Ensure proper allocation of manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.
  • Review and validate contractor billings, variation orders, and project claims.
  • Identify project risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Attend project meetings and provide regular status updates to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Willing to be deployed and assigned to project sites as required.


Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.

At least 2–5 years of experience in construction project management, site supervision, quantity surveying, estimation, or related fields.

Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management principles, and engineering standards.

Experience in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and project budgeting.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
