1. Plan and implement projects
2. Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
3. Define tasks and required resources
4. Collect and manage project team
5. Manage budget
6. Allocate project resources
7. Create a schedule and project timeline
8. Track deliverables
9. Support and direct team
10. Lead quality assurance
11. Monitor and report on project progress
12. Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
13. Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
14. Evaluate and assess the result of the project

JOB SPECIFICATION

1. Excellent communication skills
2. Problem-solving and leadership skills
3. Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills
4. Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager
5. Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
6. Proficiency in project management software tools
7. Contract negotiation
8. Conflict resolution experience
