Location: Mandaluyong City

Employment Type: Project-based

Job Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Preferably with experience and knowledge in Residential Construction as Project-in-Charge
• Has excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Open to be employed as project based employee

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise manpower, subcontractors, specialty suppliers, direct labors, and execute overall site supervision.
• Monitor day to day activities in the construction site with the highest possible quality.
• Ensure that the project is completed timely and is implemented within budget.
• Maintain site cleanliness & orderliness.
• Implement & ensure safe site working conditions.
• Prepare reports and process weekly subcontractor billings.
• Thoroughly review all construction plans and specifications.
• Ensure that all Punch lists are rectified prior to turnover
