The Head of Operations is in charge of supervising all construction activities and making sure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality regulations. This role leads project teams, optimizes processes, and drives operational efficiency across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Identify and reduce potential risks to project success.
• Communicate project status and updates to the team regularly.
• Implement project management methodologies and best practices to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 3-5 years in project management (construction industry job related)
• Strong project management skills, problem-solving abilities, effective people skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive project success
• Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills
