Project Supervisor

Job Description
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
- Manage and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and equipment
- Ensure that work progresses according to the approved schedule and budget
- Review and interpret project drawings, plans, and specifications to guide execution
- Conduct daily site inspections and prepare progress reports
- Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and clients for project updates and problem resolution
- Enforce quality control and safety compliance on-site
- Verify materials and equipment deliveries, ensuring they meet specifications
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise
- Keep accurate records of manpower, equipment, and daily activities
- Assist in preparing billing and documentation for project milestones
- Report to the Project Manager on overall progress, issues, and any deviations
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or related field)
- Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred)
- At least 1-3 years of experience in supervising civil construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, standards, and structural drawings
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and project scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures
- Ability to coordinate with multiple contractors and suppliers
- Physically fit and willing to work on-site for extended hours
