We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with experience in site supervision and a strong understanding of interior design. You will play a key role in ensuring the timely and quality execution of booth exhibitions and event installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site production activities
• Interpret technical drawings and ensure proper implementation on-site
• Liaise with designers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure production timelines are met
• Monitor material usage and ensure quality standards are upheld
• Troubleshoot and resolve site issues efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

• Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering or BA in Architecture
• With 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in booth exhibitions or event setups is a strong advantage
• Solid knowledge in interior design and detailing
• Skilled in on-site supervision, coordination, and troubleshooting
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Physically fit for the site-based nature of the work
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• License has an Advantage
