*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- *Operations Optimization: Supervise daily warehouse operations—specifically focusing on improving systems within the receiving, loading, and storage sectors

- *Inventory Control: Maintain meticulous stock records, perform regular audits, and swiftly resolve inventory discrepancies

- *Logistics & Fleet: Manage daily dispatching and delivery routing, while ensuring strict operational monitoring of delivery vehicles

- *Team Leadership: Handle staff supervision, daily task dissemination, and overall workforce performance development

- *Safety & Standards: Maintain high compliance with Food Safety and Quality standards alongside completing detailed operational documentation and performance reports


*QUALIFICATIONS*

- *Education: Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field, 4-year course

- *Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verified experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or a highly related logistics lead role

- *Industry Preference*: Experience working within a Food Industry or Commissary setting is a massive advantage

- *Core Skills: Deep structural knowledge of warehouse workflows, supply chain systems, inventory control, and logistics safety practices


- *Work Setup: 6 Months Project-Based | Flexible working schedule | 6 Days a week | On-site in Commissary Hub – Noveleta, Cavite

Salary: up to 33,000 (depends on qualifications)
